Easter at Zin Bistro Americana was a success! For every Sunday holiday, Zin Bistro puts on an amazing buffet with many mouth watering stations. This Easter, Zin’s chilled seafood station of oysters, crab legs, shrimp, and ceviche, was complemented with one of the newest editions to the menu, the Ahi Tuna Rice Cakes. Across from the chilled seafood station could be found the Signature Dishes and Carving Station. The large meats were carved on the spot by one of Zin’s chefs for guests to pick out their desired cut. Signature Dishes such as the Pan Fried Sanddabs, the traditional Eggs Benedict and the Chicken Roulade were available for guests as well. Outside the salad station could be found, accompanied by made-to-order omelets and pastas. Most popularly, guests of all ages seemed to love the homemade waffle station featuring Zin’s Banana Fosters Homemade Waffle from the brunch menu.
Before guests headed out to continue their Easter festivities, they stopped by at the dessert and bread station for some White Chocolate Creme Brûlée, Cream Puffs, Crostata di Frutta, Cheesecake, Fresh fruit and Self-Serve Hand Dipped Strawberries. Children at Zin were delighted to meet the Easter Bunny who made an appearance and gave out egg and bunny shaped cookies and eggs filled with candy.
